The hotel was beautifully located near many attractions, but the
room was a bit small for my liking. However, the cleanliness and the helpful staff made up for it. The proximity to St Stephen's Cathedral was fantastic, and I appreciated the charming atmosphere throughout my stay.

The location is exceptional with easy access to shopping and the opera, though the room was somewhat small, and the air-conditioning was lacking during warmer days. Staff members were professional and accommodating, making our visit enjoyable overall, but I had hoped for a bit more charm in the room's ambiance.

Decent option for a passing visit in Vienna with great value for money. Beds were super comfy, which helped after a long day exploring. Bring your own tea cups if you want to enjoy hot drinks in the morning.

The location provides easy access to major sites like the Opera House and St Stephen's Cathedral, all within a short walk. Rooms boast large bathrooms and comfortable beds, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
The pillows offered were oversized and too hard for a comfortable night's rest—standard options would be a welcome change. Some rooms faced a bustling street, and external noise from garbage collection early in the morning was disruptive. On top of that, we noticed cleanliness issues, including a couple of old hairs in the bathroom and an unclean coffee cup, which put a damper on the first impression. Additionally, the use of an outdated key system for the rooms felt less secure than modern electronic cards would.

The hotel's location was fantastic, just a stroll away from Kärntner Straße, where we shopped and explored the area. We loved that the freshly renovated atmosphere balanced art nouveau aesthetics with modern practicality. Plus, they were incredibly pet-friendly, which made our stay with our beloved dog even more enjoyable.
My kids wished for just a bit more shelf space in the bathroom for their things.

Great stay with a view
Had a fab time! The location was super chill, you get a nice view of the pedestrian street and a peek at St Stephen’s Cathedral from the balcony. Breakfast was delish with lots of options. The staff, especially Dalia, were super helpful with tickets and local tips. Only bummer was the slow elevator. Overall, loved it!

We had an amazing stay celebrating our son’s 4th birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a delicious birthday cake in our room. The breakfast options were great, and I loved how we could unwind at the cozy lounge after a day out. Just a minor hiccup was the housekeeping staff entering our room while we were resting, but they did offer us a cab to the airport to make up for it. 🎉

The room was really spacious with a comfy king-sized bed and a pull-out sofa that was already set up for us. It felt neat and modern. It was super clean. The bathrooms were large too, which is always a nice plus. It was a pretty great space for us, especially with our little one. Not much to dislike about the room itself!
